Bailey Walker Ray

Bailey was born and raised in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Bailey attended the University of Alabama where she obtained her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She began her nursing career on the neurosurgery floor at UAB Hospital. After obtaining her Masters in Science of Nursing and Health Systems Administration, Bailey went on to manage the Medical Surgical Unit at UAB Highlands for five years. Bailey then spent three years managing the urology department at the Kirklin Clinic of UAB Hospital.

In March of 2023, Bailey and her family moved back to Tuscaloosa to own and operate homeRN Tuscaloosa. Bailey’s passion is to provide the highest level of quality care and create connections with each client on a daily basis. Bailey is thrilled to be back in her hometown and have the opportunity to serve the community she grew up in through homeRN Tuscaloosa!
