Officially opening today, these franchises are led by skilled healthcare professionals Aubrey Austin, CRNP, and Emily Manning, PA-C, who are committed to elevating the quality of in-home care in their local communities.
Aubrey Austin is a Nashville native and a licensed women’s health nurse practitioner with a Master’s in Science of Nursing from Vanderbilt University. After years of serving families at St. Thomas Rutherford and Vanderbilt, Austin is eager to apply her education and experience to the Nashville community with in-home services.
“During high school, my grandmother lived with us for four years after my grandfather passed away. I experienced first-hand the benefit of caregiving in the home and the impact that it had on her quality of life,” Austin said. “I also noticed the strain and stress it brought my parents. Emily Manning, homeRN Franklin franchisee, is a seasoned Physician Assistant with experience in urology and breast cancer care. Originally from Montgomery, AL, Manning has built a career serving elderly patients and understands the critical need for quality, in-home healthcare in Franklin. “While working in urology, I frequently encountered older patients and witnessed firsthand the need for high-quality in-home care. Many patients and their families struggled to find reliable support, which highlighted the gap in available services,” Manning said. With both Manning’s experience and education, it’s clear she will create a better home-care experience for the people of Franklin and the surrounding areas.
