Alyssa Weyandt, RN
Co-Owner
Born in Austin, Texas, Alyssa has spent most of her life in Birmingham, Alabama. She attended Auburn University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Alyssa began her nursing career in cardiology at St. Vincent’s Birmingham, where she worked for seven years before transitioning to a local home IV infusion company. Most recently, she cared for patients and their loved ones at Compassus Hospice, guiding them through one of life’s most delicate and meaningful stages. During her nine years in hospice, she gained extensive experience caring for individuals with a variety of diagnoses, including cardiovascular disease, cancer, stroke, and cognitive conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. Through this work, Alyssa witnessed firsthand the physical and emotional toll of caregiving, deepening her understanding of the critical need for in-home care services.
Now, she is excited to embark on this new journey alongside her twin sister, Emily, continuing her passion for providing compassionate care and support to clients in their own homes.
Alyssa and her husband, Mitchell, live in Vestavia Hills with their two children, Mary Beth and Charlie, and their chocolate lab, Maggie. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, being outdoors, exercising, and reading.

Easiest thing I ever did. So thankful for this company. So personalized and convenient. I was able to call, speak to a nurse practitioner via tele- health and get three shots and a zpack within minutes. They offered to come to my place of work too. I'll never go to a walk in doctor again.
